SAR Testing Is Now Complete
Specific Absorption Rate or SAR, is the unit of measurement for the amount of radio frequency (RF) energy absorbed by the body when using a wireless device. The SAR value is expressed in terms of watts per kilogram (W/kg) or milliwatts per gram (mW/g). The FCC and IC require certain types of portable wireless devices to meet SAR requirement to protect human health from exposure to hazardous radiation or radio frequency waves.
The full SAR test report conducted by the independent lab BACL is now complete and is available below. In summary, the SAR testing showed outstanding results using RadiWise with an overall all maximum SAR level reduction ranging from 33 to 45%, with an average of just over 39%. When tested with the popular LTE cell phone band, the SAR level reduction was almost 45%.
